MNNIT Allahabad is a deemed institution recognised by the NBA, the AICTE, and the UGC. By NIRF 2021, it is rated number 42 for BTech. MNNIT was founded in 1961 and was associated with UP Technical University for two years. Six departments of the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology in Allahabad provide 9 UG courses and 23 PG programmes to students in the Engineering and Management disciplines.
